Why am I getting an error when I try to grab a Gold ticket?

The most likely cause of an error is that your credit card is not up to date and your subscription is past due. Your account must be current in order to claim tickets to shows.

To check if this is the case, please log into your account on the web, and go to the gold page. http://upallnight.us/gold

If your subscription is past due you will see a red warning bar indicating the past due status and a button to update your credit card.

This warning and functionality will be coming in the app very soon.
