Why am I getting an error when I try to grab a Gold ticket?

The most common error at checkout is "LIMIT REACHED" which is caused by one of the following:

- You're out of Gold passes for the month
- You've already claimed a ticket for this event and you've reached your limit. 
 
If you're out of Gold Passes, you'll either need to wait until the first of the month to receive more Gold Passes, or return one of the tickets in your account to free up another Gold Pass. 

If you've already claimed a Gold Ticket to the event and you're seeing LIMIT REACHED, we can't offer you another Gold Ticket because we need to reserve them for other subscribers. If you're trying to claim a ticket for a friend, we recommend referring them to Gold so they can grab a ticket!
 
Another possibility is that your credit card is not up to date and your subscription is past due. Your account must be current in order to claim tickets to shows. To check if this is the case, please log into your account on the web, and go to the gold page @ http://upallnight.us/gold. If your subscription is past due you will see a red warning bar indicating the past due status and a button to update your credit card.
