You'll see "limit reached" on tickets you're trying to claim, it could be for one of two reasons.
1. You are out of tickets for the given month. Each month you get 1, 4 or 7 Gold passes to use to claim tickets to shows, depending on which plan you chose. Once you use all of your available tickets, you reach your limit, and you'll see that message on any ticket until you new allotment of tickets are issued on the 1st of the next month.
2. You already have a ticket to this show. To confirm, go to your orders, where you should find the ticket. https://upallnight.us/orders
