Why is my REAL NAME required to use Up All Night?

In order for us to ensure that you do not experience any issues when you arrive at venues, you must give us your real name.

The real name on your account should appear in the "Name" field.

This name should match the name on your ID, so that when you check in at a venue, they can check your name against the list / ticket.

Due to privacy concerns from some users, real names do not appear anywhere that the public can see in the app or on the website.

The ONLY place your real name will appear is on ticket lists which are only seen by door staff.
