What happens if I claimed a ticket but I'm unable to go?

We allow returns of Gold Tickets that were purchased in case you aren't able to attend. They must be returned before the lists are submitted to the event organizers which is typically 5 hours before the event start time. 

If you are unable to attend an event for which you have reserved a free Gold ticket we ask you to please return the ticket.

It's important to remember that the number of available tickets is finite. Popular events always run the risk of selling out. When a show is sold out, there are often other members who would like to take the ticket you are unable to use.

Please be considerate of your fellow members and return your tickets as soon as you know you're unable to attend.

Free tickets can be returned in the app or on the website up to 5 hours before an event's start time. Once within the 5 hour window, the return button will no longer be active/visible.

Note that for certain special events, sales closure may happen farther in advance and without notice. If you are attempting to return a ticket for an event with an early sales closure, please reach out immediately to support@upallnight.us to see if the support team is able to manually assist.
