How do I pause my membership?

You can pause your membership at any time by going to on the web.

You can pause for 1, 2 or 3 months. At the end of your pause period, you will be charged for your chosen membership plan and you will return to an active subscriber status.

There is currently no way to pause your subscription within the iOS app. You may only pause your subscription by logging into our website.

Note: when you pause, you will immediately lose your ability to claim new Gold tickets to events. If you still have unused Gold passes, it is best to claim the tickets to the events you want to attend, and then pause.

VERY IMPORTANT: Pausing must be done BEFORE your renewal date in order to prevent a payment from processing.

If you would like to return to an active subscriber status before the end of your pause period, you can do so at any time. Simply return to and click 'Reactivate.' You will immediately be charged $25 and be able to claim or purchase tickets to events.
